Description

GovWorks is issuing a 100% Small Business Set Aside Request for Proposal on behalf of the Secretary of the Air Force for Financial Management and Budget (SAF/FMB) who has a requirement for Budget Analysis, CFO Compliance, and Open Document Listing review. The project encompasses the functions necessary to provide expertise in the financial services area to support the mission of SAF/FMB. The project will encompass the following functions: * Budget Analysis and Support * Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Compliance Support * Open Document Listing (ODL) Review. The solicitation will result in the award of a Time and Material contract with a period of performance of one base year and four (4) One Year Option periods. Place of performance will be at the Government's facility in the Pentagon. The NAICS code identified for this procurement is 541611 with a small business size standard of $6Million Dollars. The request for Proposal, Statement of Work and all other associated documents will be made available via the Internet at http://www.govworks.gov/vendor/csolicit.asp under RFP 1435-04-06-RP-60872. Any questions and answers and modifications will be posted at the above site. The RFP is anticipated for release to the vendor community on or about December 16, 2005 and will be available via the Internet at the above web site. Potential vendors are responsible for accessing the web site. Interested parties must respond to the RFP in order to be considered for any resultant contract. No written solicitation document is available, telephone requests will not be honored, and no bidders list will be maintained. Potential offerors are requested to direct all questions via e-mail to chris.carlson@mms.gov. Ensure that the RFP number and project title is referenced in all correspondence.
