Description

Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), Data Services Division, Enforcement Branch, intends to award Sole Source Procurement in accordance with FAR Part 12. This action is under the authority of FAR 8.405-6, only one capable source. ICE intends to purchase annual maintenance and support for 200 LawManager software licenses from Law Manager, Inc., 1000 River Road, Suite #250, Conshohocken, PA 19428. Law Manager, Inc. has a current order for annual maintenance and support of 836 licenses, which through option years extends until December of 2008. This procurement is intended to synchronize the annual maintenance and support of the 200 licenses with the remaining 836 licenses. As such, this procurement is for one-year base with two, one-year options. This synopsis is for information purposes only. See note No. 22.
