Description

1. Statement of Work: To provide reputable Marine Service contractors to accomplish followings: A. To provide labor and material to survey Nine (9) Cargo/Elevators on board and recertify for the Regulatory Body. The survey will be performed in presence of ABS and contractor to coordinate with local ABS Surveyor. B. #4 Elevator has a bad counterweight switch and the cable has been in a possible stretched situation. It needs to be fully adjusted and made operable. C. #8 Elevator has the bottom roller assembly coming apart and roller may need to be replaced with new one to make the elevator operational. D. Job needs to be completed prior Dec. 23, 2005. 2. Vessel Availability: Vessel is in ROS 5 i.e. the vessel is required to to sail within five days of notice or as instructed by Navy.
