Description
This special notice provides notification that the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) offers potential offerors the opportunity to provide written comments on the early draft Statements of Work in support of the small business set-aside competition for Program Support, Employee Assistance Program, and Organizational Development. These documents are available for your review/comment at https://www.fedteds.gov. We want to stress the fact that NGA is looking for feedback to improve the final RFP. Your comments to NGA as the result of this early draft are requested and will be greatly appreciated. Each small business set-aside is anticipated to be competed under separate solicitation documents. The estimated performance period is from date of award (anticipated at February/March 2006) for twelve months, with four (4) option years (5 years total). This work will be performed principally at NGA?s Washington, DC Metropolitan area and St. Louis area locations, although support may be extended to NGA organizations globally. Due to the sensitive nature of the work at NGA, all contractor personnel working in NGA facilities shall be required to be U.S. Citizens and have the appropriate Top-Secret Sensitive Compartmented Information clearance (TS/SCI). Potential offerors should submit written comments/questions to HDT&S@nga.mil by 23 December 2005. Offerors are reminded that the FedTeDS website will be the primary tool to communicate with industry. NGA will post a notice of release of the final RFP through www.fedbizopps.gov, however, changes or additions to documents will be posted directly to FedTeDS may not be announced through the www.fedbizopps.gov. Please be advised that it is the sole responsibility of prospective offerors to check the FedTeDS site regularly in order to remain current with posted information.
