- Description
- The original Pre Solicitation Notice for Solicitation #SP0600-05-R-0329 was issued on 02 Sep 2005. Modification 01, issued 09 Sep 2005, changed the place of performance. The purpose of this Modification 02 is to notify offerors of changes expected to be made in pending Solicitation Amendment 02, to be issued on or about 23 Nov 2005. (1) Modify date for receipt of initial offers, (2) Modify clauses regarding preparation of proposal, evaluation criteria, ordering procedures, (3) Modify schedule to reflect reduction in quantity and to change CLINS pertaining to transportation and storage, (4) Change performance period to a two-year base period plus a 7-month option period, (5) Change number of anticipated awards from IDIQ Multi-Year Contracts to “2 Multi-Year Awards.” One contract will be awarded to a contractor with facilities/fill points in Turkey and one contract will be awarded to a contractor with facilities/fill points in central Europe, (6) Change minimum and maximum guarantee, (7) Change attachment #5, Airport Locations, (8) Change "Important Notices to Offerors." NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (09-SEP-2005).
