DAPS Norfolk VA Office Group has a requirement for document conversion services to convert from hard copy to 16 mm microfilm, approximately 720,000 documents, for the period 06 Jan 02 - 06 Sep 30. Statement of Work is available and can be requested from DAPS Jacksonville FL, Cathy Bianchi, Contracting Officer, ph 904-542-3446 x 325, fax 904-542-3892e-mail cathy.bianchi@dla.mil. Requests for the Statement of Work shall be accepted by phone, fax, or e-mail. Bids should be submitted no later than midnight, eastern standard time, 05 Dec 28.
