Description: The contractor shall provide all parts, equipment, personnel, supervision and other item and services necessary to perform delivery of all CLINS as outlined in Attachment 1 to Abu Ghraib Warehouse. Delivery will be NLT 15 Feb 06. All offerors will submit a proposal which contains bids for all CLINS or be found non-responsive. All offerors must submit offers which include shipping and handling to the FOB destination. IAW FAR 52.212.2, Evaluation-Commercial Items, the Government will award a purchase order resulting from this solicitation to the responsive responsible offeror who's quote represents the best value to the government where delivery is slightly more important than price. Solicitation will be posted on FedBizOps.
