Description: The Department of Justice Acquisitions Services, Library Staff, intends to order subscriptions and updates on a sole source basis using Simplified Acquisitions procedures, from the following publishers: West Group, Lexis, Matthew Bender, James Publishing, American Bar Assn., ProQuest, Legal Times, Carswell Co. Ltd., Congressional Quarterly, Reed Elsevier, Carrol Publishing and various Uniterd States Circuit Courts. We intend to renew the subscriptions and updates each year until the need for the materials has ceased. Subscriptions and updates that exceed $100,000 are excluded from this announcement. This is not a request for offers and no solicitation will be issued.
