- The VA Pittsburgh Healthcare System (VAPHS) has a requirement for Radiation Oncologist Services at University Drive, Pittsburgh, PA 15240. VAPHS intends to issue a full and open competitive unrestricted solicitation for Radiation Oncologist Services. The contract period is expected to be March 1, 2006 - February 28, 2007 with two (2) Option Year periods. The proposed contract will be a firm-fixed priced contract to the offeror whose quote provides the best value to the Government. The contractor will provide 1.0 full-time equivalent (FTE) Radiation Therapy Physician Services to perform the requirements of this contract. The solicitation will be made available on or about December 23, 2005, and the date for receipt of proposals is January 17, 2006 (C.O.B.). Hard copy and electronic versions of the solicitation will be available on or about December 23, 2005.
