- The planned issue date for the Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) competitive Request for Proposals (RFP) for the FY06 requirements for the Service Life Extension Program (SLEP) of Landing Craft, Air Cushion (LCAC) craft is changed to January 2006. Any updates and/or changes for this planned procurement, the posting of the RFP, and any future Amendments to the RFP, will appear at this FBO website.
