- Description
- The Defense Activity for Non-traditional Education Support (DANTES) has a requirement for the development, printing, and distribution of ACT Assessment Tests; the scoring of these tests, the issuance of score reports, and the provision of related materials and services necessary for the operation and maintenance of the ACT Assessment Program. FISC Norfolk, Philadelphia Division intends to solicit on an Other than Full and Open Competitive basis pursuant to FAR Part 6.302-1 with ACT, Inc., of Iowa City to fulfill the requirement. This requirement shall be met through a modification to existing contract N00140-04-D-0048 with ACT, and shall provide additional testing materials for NETPDTC, Pensacola, FL. Anticipated quantities are ASSET Student Set Form C2, 40,000 ea, ASSET Self Score Answer Document Form C2, 20,000 ea, and ASSET Booklets (25 per pack), 200 Pk. These quantities are maximums per year, and shall be incorporated into existing option quantities of the contract. The first set shall be added for the period 15 Jan. 2005 through 30 Sept., 2006, with each successive option year running from 1 Oct. through 30 Sept. until 2009. The contract is an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity type, under which fixed priced orders shall be issued. Numbered note 22 applies.
