Description

This is NOT a request for proposals. The Export-Import Bank intends to award a sole source, firm fixed-priced purchase order to Moody?s Investor Services, 99 Church Street, New York, NY, 10007, pursuant to FAR Part 13 to complement its portfolio of similar service providers (including Standard & Poor?s and Fitch Information Inc). The Bank currently subscribes to Moody?s sovereign and sub-sovereign, banks, banking, and leveraged finance research services. These capabilities represent a follow-on to previous orders for this same service and are an integral part of a larger strategy for accessing financial research subscription services. The period of performance will be a twelve month base period with the possibility of four consecutive twelve month options. Assertions of ability to provide these capabilities must be in writing and must provide sufficient detail to ensure the comprehensive provision of all of the capabilities of the Moody?s financial information.
