Description

On behalf of the Naval Air Depot, Jacksonville, the Fleet & Industrial Supply Center, Jacksonville, Florida intends to negotiate a sole source contract with Southern Technologies, Woodward Governor, 786 Big Tree Dr, Longwood, FL, based on proprietary data. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. The proposed contract action is for supplies for which the government intends to solicit and negotiate only one source. Solicitation N68836-06-T-0026 will be issued on or about 9 November 2005 in accordance with the commercial item test procedures per FAR part 13.5. The requirement is for the fabrication, delivery and installation of 36 attenuation baffles to be installed within test cell buildings. The NAICS code is 334513 with a size standard of 500 employees. A firm fixed price contract is contemplated. The Government will not distribute a hard copy solicitation. The solicitation and subsequent amendments to the solicitation if any, will be promulgated via the www.fedbizopps.gov website. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. Registration in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) is mandatory prior to Award.
