Description

Aviation Maintenance and Overhaul/Modification/Repair  Fuel Valve Assembly, W58RGZ05R00903;Input/Output NSN: 4810-01-442-6929; Input/Output P/N: AV16E1311B/7-311642045-3. Quantity is Minimum 35 each, Maximum 163 each. The Government intends to awa rd a Firm Fixed Price, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract. The overhaul/modification will be accomplished in accordance with Depot Maintenance Work Requirement 1-4810-230, dated 5 December 2003. The required delivery schedule i s 8 per month. This is a full and open competitive requirement. THIS ACQUISITION CONTAINS TECHNICAL DATA WHOSE EXPORT IS RESTRICTED BY THE ARMS EXPORT CONTROL ACT (TITLE 22, USC., SEC 2751 ET SEQ) OR THE EXPORT ADMINISTRATION ACT (TITLE 50, USC., APP 2401 -2402) EXECUTIVE ORDER 121470., THIS INFORMATION CANNOT BE RELEASED OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL OF THE GOVERNMENT. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of solicitation , however, solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above. Firms that recognize and perform the effort on the required items described above are encouraged to identify themselves. All responsible businesses may submit an offer, which ma y be considered by the Agency. If a foreign company requests a copy of the solicitation, it must be forwarded to the Foreign Disclosure Office. This requirement is currently unfunded. Award will be withheld pending receipt of sufficient funds. No tele phone requests will be accepted.
