- ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH AND ENGINEERING ADVISOR SOLICITATION NUMBER: USAID-Honduras- 522-06-004 ISSUANCE DATE: December 22, 2005 CLOSING DATE: January 12, 2006 SUBJECT: Solicitation for U.S. Resident Hire Personal Services Contractor (USPSC) to serve as the Environmental Health and Engineering Advisor REF: USAID/Honduras Solicitation number USAID-Honduras-522-06-004 Gentlemen/Ladies: The United States Government, represented by the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID), is seeking proposals (OF-612) from qualified U.S. Citizens or U.S. Residents interested in providing PSC services described in the attached solicitation. Submissions shall be in accordance with the attached information at the place and time specified.
