GOVERNMENT REQUIRED DELIVERY SCHEDULE: To be delivered at the rate of 1541 each every 120 days ADO and any balance at the rate of 1000 each every 30 days thereafter. SHIPMENTS: All shipments are to be made to CONUS stock locations. GOVERNMENT INSPECTION AND ACCEPTANCE: Destination FOB: Destination TYPE OF SET-ASIDE: Unrestricted OTHER THAN FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION APPLIES: This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete, unrestrictive technical data; therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract with only approved sources under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c) (1). Approved Source is: Eaton Aerospace LLC. The proposed procurement is for Firm Fixed Price Contract with a 75% Option for increased quantity. While prices may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based on a combination of price, delivery, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
