Delivery: 28 Feb 06. A firm fixed price is contemplated to be awarded to a small business. The proposed contract is a 100% set-aside for small business concern. All offers from other than small business concerns will not be considered. The government does not own data rights to this item and will not provide such data during the solicitation phase. This is a combine synopsis and solicitation for commercial item with an approximate issue date of the solicitation on 23 December 2005 with a response due by 22 January 2006.
