Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR 12.603 and supplemented with information included in this notice. This announcement is the only solicitation. A written solicitation will not be issued. Quotes are being requested. This requirement, number FA4427-06-Q-0002, is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-06 and Defense DCN 20051220. This solicitation/acquisition is 100% small business set aside. The Federal Supply Class (FSC) is 6530. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) is 5047. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 423450. This RFQ consists of the following item. Item 0001: 10 each Ritter 204 Exam Tables or equal. The exam tables must have the following features: spring assisted back, 3 side and 2 pass through drawers, receptacle, pull out footstep, stitched top, Shadow Grey color, 1 year warranty, multidensity foam top design, powder coated paint finish, 18 gauge steel shell, seamless polystyrene drawers, ball bearing drawer glides, 500 pound weight capacity, and 115VAC 50/60 Hz 5.0 AMPS electrical with UL 60601-1 and Can/CSA 601.1-M90 Standard for Safety.
