- The request for information on individual and collective protection filters posted 16 November 2005 is amended as follows. Interested firms may submit technical papers, submit questions and provide company information at the following Internet we b a ddress: http://www.ecbc.army.mil/ps/fasq.htm no later than January 6, 2005 at 4:00 pm EST. Firms which previously submitted technical papers may amend those papers and resubmit by the new closing date. No telephonic submissions will be honored.
