- Under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 the U.S. Army Natick Contracting Division, Kansas Street, Natick, Ma on behalf of the United States Army Soldier Systems Center, Natick, Ma intends to negotiate and award a purchase order on a sole source basis with Sheba Medical Center, Heller Institute of Medical Research, Tel Hashomer, Ramat Gan, 52621 Israel, to perform services in support of second iteration of research study Medical Aspects for the Integration of Women in Combat Professions. Nothing herein sho uld be misconstrued as a request for proposal. No solicitation document is available. See Note 22 which reduces the response time to 6 days.
