Description: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This Solicitation is for Janitorial Services at 21 sites in the Chicago areaYou must bid ALL or NONE. The effective start date for 13 sites is 01 FEB 06, 4 sites start 01 MAR 06, 2 sites start 01 APR 06 and 2 start 01 MAY 06. The Base Year has stagger ed start dates to protect companies currently cleaning those locations. On 01 February 2007, all 21 sites will be cleaned together under the 1st Option Year, and so on. The contract will expire at the end of the 4th Option Year, which is 31 January 2011. Please submit your bid electronically (preferred) or by fax. Please pay attention to the Solicitation Insert (page 3) for payment details and other info. You MUST complete the Reps and Certs (Clause 52.212-3) and submit it with your bid, along with two references. You must be CCR registered and MUST be a SMALL business of any type.
