- The work required under this specification provides for the cleaning of park facilities such as toilets, picnic/camping sites, and groundskeeping for seven parks at Hugo Lake, Oklahoma, to start April 1, 2006. This acquisition is advertised as a Com mercial Item under Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Plans/specifications will be ready on or about 12 JANUARY 2006 and will be provided in a printed hard copy format free of charge.
