- FA8626-06-R-2100 _ Request for SIMAF Software This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Request for Quotation (RFQ) number is FA8626-06-R-2100. This solicitation and incorporated clauses/provisions are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-25 effective 04 Nov 2004 and Class Deviation 2004-o0001 and DFARS Current to Change Notice 20041122. The solicitation incorporates by reference the following clauses: FAR 52.204-7, 52.212-1, 52.212-2, 52.212-3, 52.212-4, 52.212-5, DFARS 252.211_7003, and DFARS 252.204-7004 Alternate A. NAICS Code: 423430, (Computer peripherals and software wholesaler) Basis for Award: This will be a best value award. The Government will determine the proposal that provides the most advantageous offer to satisfy the requirements of this RFQ based on an integrated assessment of each quotation. Selection will be based on consideration of: (1) the technical capability of the items offered to meet the Government requirement; (2) past performance; and (3) price. One contract is anticipated to be awarded and partial bids will not be accepted. Please see Attachment 1 for the anticipated contract CLIN structure to be proposed. Please note if manufacturer requires a license agreement to be signed by government, the terms and conditions of that agreement are required to be in compliance with all Federal Laws, Statutes, and the Federal Acquisition Regulation. Therefore, please provide all terms of the license agreement and submit with your quote. These licenses may be transferred to the United Kingdom Ministry of Defence at a later date, therefore please provide any additional terms and conditions needed for international licenses. Delivery schedule desired for software is 21 Nov 05. Exceptions to this delivery date must be clearly identified in the proposal. Offerors must quote on all items or none. Split deliveries are acceptable. FOB Destination. The ship to address is 2180 Eighth Street, Suite 2, Bldg 145, Area B, Wright-Patterson AFB OH 45433-7817.
