- The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Animal Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS), Veterinary Services (VS) program located in Riverdale, Maryland has a requirement for cattle and swine backtag cement. The Government intends to award firm-fixed price commercial supply FOB destination contracts, resulting from the pending solicitation. These contracts shall be awarded as 100% small business set-asides. Offerors who wish to submit product samples will be afforded the opportunity to compete for the award this/these contract(s).
