Description

1. Contractor shall provide all materials, supplies and labor to provide bread and bakery products as required by the contract to the VA Medical Center, 1898 Fort Road, Sheridan, Wyoming. The quantities listed are estimated requirements for Nutrition and Food Service and Veterans Canteen Service. 2. Delivery Schedule: Deliveries will be required to be made no less than three (3) days per week, preferably Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Fresh bread will be delivered; no bread will be accepted within 5 days of use by date. If a holiday falls on one of these days, delivery on the holiday will be expected unless prior arrangements have been made with Nutrition and Food Service. Deliveries to the Veterans Canteen Service will be made in conjunction with deliveries to the Medical Center. Time of delivery will be between 7:30 a.m. to 9:00 a.m., no later than 9:00 a.m. on those days specified. Deliveries will be made to the following buildings at the V A Medical Center: Bldg. #7, Nutrition and Food Service and Bldg. #86, Canteen. 3. Multiple Use Contract: The estimated quantities include the estimated requirements for the Veterans Canteen Service at this Medical Center. Orders from that service against any contract resulting from this proposal will be honored by the Contractor at the contract prices. Arrangements for placing orders and deliveries will be made by the Canteen Officer and shall be separate and distinct from orders, deliveries and billings for supplies and services furnished the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center
