Description

This upcoming solicitation will be for a Fixed Price Contract for the contractor to provide inspections of Combustion Inspections (CI) of a General Electric Frame 5 Gas Turbine Generators at Shaubia Power Station in Iraq. In addition to the combustion inspection, the generator and the associated balance of plant for the gas turbine and generator shall undergo an annual inspection and the control system shall be ugraded to GE Mark VI. The quotation submitted by the Contractor must be for service work and parts. The quotation for the supply of spare parts, when submitted shall show the unit prices. The list shall include capital spares, turbine operational spares and the list of consumable spares. Due to the "fast-track" nature of the project, the contractor must endeavour to use reasonable measures to ensure that the parts are delivered in time to support the scope of supply and that the work is performed within the PCO?s allotted timeframe taking into consideration all recommendations, conditions, special conditions, the quoted work scope, the scope of supply and all other aspects. The solicitation will be posted to the Project and Contracting Office website, once released.
