This is a sole source to teh manufacturer Seven North Industries. Any vendor can bid, but they must bid all items as exactly specified. Please provide FOB Destination pricing, including 2nd day air to Bremerton, WA 98314. This is a DX-A3 rating. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (23-DEC-2005); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
