Description: The USDA Forest Service, Ottawa National Forest, is advertising for the O Kun De Kun Trail Bridge Foundation Repair project located approximately 7 miles north on US 45 from the US 45/M 28 intersecton and 1 mile East of US 45 on either the North Country Trail or FDR 750, in Michigan's wester upper peninsula. Project work includes repairing the foundation erosion under/around the bridge abutment via the addition of concrete and riprap. The estimated price range is less than $100,000. Payment protection is required. The solicitation will be a request for quotation resulting in a best value award. ORCA certification is required. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (23-DEC-2005); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
