Description: The contractor shall furnish all depot level labor, facilities, special tooling, test equipment and materials for maintenance and overhaul of the UH-60, Module Assembly. Input/Output NSN: 1520-01-236-3078 Input/Output P/N: 70308-03613-042 The proposed contractual action will be for a five (5) year, firm fixed price Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract, with a minimum quantity of 10 each and the maximum quantity of 30 each. Overhaul is to be accomplished in accordan ce with Depot Maintenance Work Requirement (DMWR) 1-1520-237-1, dated 15 February 1998, (DMWR) 1-1520-237-2, dated 15 February 1998, (DMWR) 1-1520-237-1, C3, dated 08 January 2004 and the applicable AMCOM Engineering Directives (AEDs). This requirement is a full and open competition. All responsible sources may submit an offer that may be considered by the agency. Firms that recognize and perform maintenance and overhaul on the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. No tel ephone requests for solicitation will be accepted. Request for solicitation will be by datafax or mail only. This requirement is currently unfunded. Award will be withheld pending receipt of sufficient funds. The closing date annotated is an estimate dat e and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of the solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above.
