Description

On behalf of the Assistant Secretary of the Army (ASA), Cost and Economic Analysis Center and in accordance with FAR subpart 6.3, the Contract Center of Excellence intends to award a purchase order (under the simplified acquisition threshold) on a so le source basis to Oracle Corporation to continue implementation of the US Army Performance Metric Warehouse (PMW), Personnel Costing System (PCS). The required task: 1) Define requirments for additional systems to be included in the PMW system; 2) Inte grate new metrics and source systems into PMW system; 3) Ongoing maintenance of the current data feeds and Key Performance Indicators; 4) Development of an overall Portal for the PMW and PIR systems. There is NO solicitation document. This notice is not a request for quotes.
