Description

The solicitation number is FA8630-06-R-6302. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation is issued for commercial items purchase of five (5) 2006 Honda Odyssey EX Minivans for the support of the FMS country. All vehicles will remain within the United States and titled to the Royal Saudi Foreign Liaison Office. The solicitation is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). Requirement description, delivery dates, locations are noted below. The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors – Commercial, applies to this acquisition. In accordance with the provision at 52.212-2, Evaluation--Commercial Items, the Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price, and other factors considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: (i) price, and (ii); technical capability to meet the Government requirement; (iii) deliverable (see FAR 15.304). Technical and past performance, when combined, is approximately equal to cost or price. The Offerors must include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications – Commercial Items, with its offer. The clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions – Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. The clause at 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executives Orders—Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. Quantity of one (1) vehicle delivered to Oklahoma City Air Logistics Center OK Color: Silver Pearl Metallic Exterior, Gray Fabric (EX) or Desert Rock Metallic Exterior, Ivory Fabric (EX) 3.
