Description

REQUIREMENT: The United States Government seeks to lease approximately 5,810 ANSI/BOMA office area square feet (ABOASF) of office and related use space. Space must be located in a prime commercial office district with attractive, prestigious surroundings with a prevalence of modern design and/or tasteful rehabilitation in modern use. Space must be located on the second (2nd) floor or above. Subleases are not acceptable. DELINEATED AREA: The space will be located within the Central Business District for the City of Pensacola and is bounded as follows: North: W. Wright Street to E. Gregory Street East: N. 17th Avenue to the Pensacola Bay Bridge South: Pensacola Bay (body of water) West: N. Spring Street REQUIRED: All services, supplies, utilities and tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. Fifteen (15) on-site, reserved parking spaces are required or at the ratio required per local code, whichever is greater. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire Safety and Handicapped Accessibility. LEASE TERM: Term is for 10 years, 5 years firm, with the Government having cancellation privileges after 5 years.
