- PR No: RE05336012; This solicitation will contain 1 NSN for Filter Element, Fluid - Paper. This solicitation is for award of an Indefinite Quantity Contract. The solicitation has a base year and four option years. This NSN has qualified product lists (QPL) requirements. Qualification must be in accordance with the cited specifications/standards. See Section L, Provision 52.211-9G13 for ordering such data. The source for this item must be certified and QPL approved at time of contract award. This item is used in a mercury free environment and must adhere to the requirements as specified in Mercury Free Drawing 13873-03-0001. The NSN, P/N and Annual Estimated Quantities (AEQ) are as follows: 1650-00-554-7430; I/A/W SPEC NR QPL-5504-35; AEQ = 5780 each for the Base Year and 5780 for each of 4 Option Years; and Maximum Qty = 11560 Base Year and 11560 for each of 4 Option Years. Delivery: FOB Destination, 186 days ARO. A Surge Plan is required for supplying 6362 units over 180 days. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The anticipated issue date is on or about 11 Jan 2006. The anticipated award date is 18 Apr 2006. Reference notes 9, 22, 23 and 26.
