Description: The Department Of Veterans Affairs is interested in leasing approximately 3550 rentable square feet of space for use as an outreach medical clinic. The rentable space shall yield a minimum of 2846 ANSI/BOMA Office area. The space should be located in Lincoln, Maine within 5 miles of the Penobscot Valley Hospital. Parking should consist of a minimum of 10 staff parking spaces, 10 patient parking spaces and two handicap parking spaces with at least one handicap parking space van accessable. The lease term will be for 10 years renewable annually. Occupancy is required on or about 1 June 2006.
