The NAICS Code for this synopsis/solicitation is 562998, Size Standard $6 million. Solicitation/Purchase Request number F2BGNB5267A100 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This document incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular Fac 2005-06 effective 31 Oct 2005. The Government intends to award one contract line item number (CLIN 0001) for monthly inspections of 13 above ground fuel tanks within 10 bunkers.. Quantity: 8. Unit of Issue: Months. Following is the Statement of Work: Description: Provide all tools, labor, equipment, materials and transportation for monthly inspection of above ground Fuel Tanks at New Boston Air Force Station, 317 Chestnut Hill Road New Boston, NH 03070. Scope of Work: 1) Review Operations and Safety evaluation 2)Load Equipment and mobilize to site 3)Attend government-led site safety meeting 4)Provide confined space entry crew and equipment to enter and inspect the tanks and associated piping 5)Complete NBAFB inspection document 6)Demobilize FOB: DESTINATION Inspection and acceptance: DESTINATION. The following provisions and clauses apply to this procurement: FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items; In accordance with the FAR 13.106-1(a)(2) offerors are notified that award will be made on the basis of price. Offeror will be evaluated in accordance with FAR 13.106-2.
