Description

This solicitation is to establish an open market Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for NSN: 7045-01-503-2033 CD sleeve storages, for delivery within the continental U.S. for the duration period of 1/3/2006, or date of award, whichever is later, through 12/31/2006. Estimated annual demand of NSN item is 10,500. The general characteristics of the NSN item are as follows: (1) 25 double-sided storage sleeves for CDs/DVDs; without jewel cases, (2) Includes labels for easy identification and organization, (3) Each double-sided sleeve safely and securely holds two CDs or one CD with booklet, (4) Color: clear. Purchase orders will be awarded to the responsible contractor(s) whose offer conforms to the solicitation and is most advantageous to the Government. Offer shall include the price of delivery (FOB destination) and items are to be delivered with 14 days ARO. Offer shall be a firm-fixed price for the duration of the BPA. Purchase orders issued by the agency will be in different quantities but all orders will have a minimum quantity of eight. Each purchase order will not exceed $25,000.00.
