Description

THE PRE-BID SITE VISIT FOR THIS PROGRAM HAS BEEN CHANGED FROM AUGUST 3, 2005 1:00 PM TO JULY 25, 2005, 1:00PM EASTERN TIME. THE EQUIPMENT INVENTORY LIST IS NO LONGER MADE A PART OF THE SOLICITATION PACKAGE. IT WILL BE MADE AVAILABLE TO ALL PROSPECTIVE CONTRACTORS AFTER THE JULY 25TH SITE VISIT, UPON REQUEST. Combined Facility Maintenance and Housekeeping Services for Frank M. Scarlett Federal Building in Brunswick, GA. See attached documents for Description of Services by Section, Wage Determinations, and other pertinent documentation. GSA contemplates a fixed price award for one year with four option years. Award will be made as a Perfomance Based contract. A pre-bid site visit will be held at 801 Gloucester St. Brunswick, GA 31520 on August 3, 2005 at 1:00 pm. Although not mandatory, GSA highly encourages all prospective contractors to attend. Please watch for amendments to this solicitation as they may occur prior to pre-bid site visit date. NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (20-JUL-2005).
