Description

The Department of Commerce (DOC), National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), National Ocean Service (NOS), National Centers for Coastal Ocean Science (NCCOS, intends to award on a sole source basis under simplified acquisition procedures with the Batelle Memorial Institute, Pacific Northwest National Laboratory, 902 Battelle Boulevard, Richland, WA 99352 for toxicity assessment services of sediments from the Gulf of Mexico. Notwithstanding the Government's intent to negotiate this requirement on a sole source basis with Battelle Memorial Institute, responsible sources may submit a response which, if timely received, will be considered by NOAA. Responses must be received within 15 days of the posting of this notice.
