- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number N68836-06-T-0043 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). This solicitation is issued on an unrestricted basis and it is the Governments intent to award on a sole source basis to Career Communications Group Inc for the Black Engineer of the Year Awards Conference; NAICS Code 813920; STATEMENT OF WORK: The Navy Recruiting Command requires Corporate Sponsorship of the Black Engineer of the Year Awards Conference, 16-18 Feb 2006, at the Baltimore Convention Center. Diamond Corporate Partner to include 30 full Registrations, 10 Exhibitor Registrations, Senior Level Presenter, Reserve Seating, 20 Top Blacks in Technology Tickets, (Soulful Symphony), Expanded Booth 40x40, 4 Reserved Tables Deans Event, access to Resume and Job Bank, Company Logo Link on conference Web-Site, Hyperlink on Conference Web-Site, listing in USVE&IT Magazine as Conference Partner.
