Description

The United States Penitentiary, McCreary County, Kentucky is seeking a qualified individual or organization to provide the services of a Catholic Priest to the inmates on a weekly basis. The contractor must meet the requirements of the Statement of Work. The contractor will perform 52 (three) hour sessions per year as per the Statement of Work. The Government intends to award a firm fixed price non-personal services requirements contract with a performance period from date of award through twelve consecutive months, with the Government?s unilateral right to exercise 4 (four) option years. The solicitation will be available on or after January 4, 2006, and will be distributed solely through the General Services Administration?s Federal Business Opportunities web site http://www.fedbizopps.gov/. Hard copies of the solicitation document will not be available. The site provides downloading instructions. All future information about this acquisition including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed solely through this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure that they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition. All qualified sources are encouraged to submit an offer which will be considered for award. Faith-Based and Community-Based Organizations have the right to submit offers equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible. The estimated date for receipt of offers is January 25, 2006.
