Description: The Department of State's National Foreign Affairs Training Center, Foreign Service Institute (FSI) provides training and professional development to personnel of the Department of State and the Foreign Service community. The mission of the Public Diplomacy training division of the School of Professional and Area Studies (SPAS) at the Foreign Service Institute is to provide Public Diplomacy practitioners with Public Diplomacy resources and strategies to use in the field in order to advance foreign policy objectives.
