Description

This is a request to provide A/E services for Project #673-102, Renovate Operating Room, Phase 2, at the James A. Haley Veterans Hospital, Tampa, Florida. This is not a request for proposals. No solicitation, technical data, or plan holders list will be issued. Services shall include, but are not limited to preparation of design development drawings, construction documents, project specifications, and cost estimates to construct. This is an unrestricted announcement under NAIC code 541310. The magnitude of this design is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. Interested firms shall submit their credentials on Standard Form 330 in 5 copies to: Contracting Officer (90C), James A. Haley Medical Center, 13000 Bruce B. Downs Blvd, Tampa, Florida 33612. Firms will be evaluated by the VA selection board based on their qualifications and experience of medical facilities within the VA system.
