- This is issued to modify the original Synopsis for this procurement. SPM407-05-R-0034 will be issued on January 13, 2006 to establish an Indefinite Quantity Firm Fixed Price Contract with a base period of 60 months for NSN 1560-00-034-2468, Shaft, Input, Gearbox. Estimated quantity is 288 for each of the five years. A First Article requirement exists for any company which has not produced this in the previous 36 months. Source Qualification Statement applies to this item but an SQS sample is not required. A Forging Source must be developed by a prospective Vendor. Approved Vendors are CAGES: 00574; 0BNH9; 34107; 76823; 8X044. An Export Control Technical Data Package is available to certified contractors. Inspection/Acceptance will be at Origin; FOB Destination. Delivery is 201 DARO. The RFP will be available after January 12th.
