- The Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City intends to issue a sole source purchase order to ORE Offshore Limited, 4 Little Brook Road, West Wareham, MA 02676, for the acquisition of one (1) Trackpoint II Plus navigation and positioning system. This procurement is sole source for the following reasons. The Trackpoint II Plus is one of the integrated system components of the new PINS V5 that is presently under development and near delivery. No other underwater navigation and positioning can be substituted in its place since the PINS V5 software was written to specifically interface with that system. If another system were to be substituted in its place it would be an enormous cost and would cause a tremendous delay in the delivery schedule. ORE Offshore is the sole manufacturer and distributor of the Trackpoint II Plus system. NAICS Code is 334511, FSC Code is 6605, SBA Size Standard is 750.
