Description: This is a Request for Information (RFI). USTRANSCOM is seeking sources for COTS workflow products to support electronically managing administrative correspondence and tasks. The workflow product must be able to operate within the following environment: Users must be able to access view Mozilla or Microsoft Explorer browser; Web services via Netscape iPlanet (Use of Microsoft IIS is not acceptable); Operating system using Microsoft Windows 2000; Data storage via Oracle v9I or newer; Support the use of Secure Socket Layer (SSL) with 128 bit encryption; Compatible with Crystal Reports form builder software; Operate independent of email systems yet compatible with Microsoft Outlook Exchange.
