Description: The Social Security Administration (SSA) intends to negotiate a sole-source acquisition with Renaissance Washington DC Hotel at 999 9th Street, NW, Washington, D C, 20001-0009 for the purpose of providing conference meeting space, 10 breakout rooms, exhibit space, and associated support services including A/V equipment, lunch and refreshments for up to 400 attendees on the dates of April 30 ? May 4, 2006. The facility must also be able to accommodate 250 sleeping rooms for the nights April 30 ? May 4, 2006 at the Government per diem rate or less. The conference events and the sleeping rooms must be under one roof. See Numbered Note 22 except that the response time is changed to 5 calendar days.
