Description

THE UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT is interested in leasing office and related space in the Pensacola Central Business District, for use by the United States Government. Properties offered must meet the following basic criteria to receive further consideration: REQUIRED: The space must be able to accommodate 7,050 BOMA usable square feet and 7 on-site surface parking spaces. All utilities, services and tenant alterations must be included as part of the rental consideration and the building owner must be willing to amortize Tenant Improvements over the firm term of the lease. The delineated area is as follows: Central Business District of Pensacola, FL LEASE TERM: Ten (10) years, Five (5) years firm. OWNERS & AGENTS: Properties may be submitted for inspection by owners or their exclusive listing agent ONLY. Responses due November 28, 2005. A market survey of potential sites will be performed shortly thereafter. NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (15-NOV-2005).
