- Description
- The Naval Air Warfare Center, Lakehurst, New Jersey (NAWCADLKE) intends to enter into a Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N68335-05-G-0012 with Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation of Stratford, CT. The purpose of this agreement, and all subsequent delivery orders, is to provide Peculiar Support Equipment (PSE) and Integrated Logistic Support (ILS) to support the H-60 Program. Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation is the sole designer and manufacturer of the H-60 aircraft. The Government is not in possession of the drawings or technical data at this time. The proposed acquisitions are for Integrated Logistic Support, Sustaining Engineering and PSE for all maintenance levels including PSE repair and spare parts in support of the H-60 aircraft. Interested firms may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. NAWCADLKE intends to procure under the authority of 10 USC 2304 (c ) (1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all responses received within fifteen days after the date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received as a result of the notice of intent will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. See note 22.
