Description
The Contracting Center of Excellence (CCE), on behalf of the Office of the Chief of Chaplains intends to award a sole source contract to Dr. Camille L. Preston of AIM Leadership, LLC, 1526 17th St NW, Suite 301, Washington, D.C. 20036-6216 for the pr ocurement of a course in the Introduction of Executive Coaching Principles as specified in the new Intermediate Level Education and the Army Training Leadership Development Report into the Army Chaplaincy. This requirement is a 100% small business set-asid e. The North American Industry Classification Systems Code (NAICS) is 611430 and the small business size standard id $6.5 million. This program will expose Unit Ministry Teams (UMTs) to new skill sets that build upon the coaching practices presented in th e Leadership Development Model of the new Intermediate Leadership Education (ILE). The proposed work also involves three key tasks: 1) A training platform to develop coaching skills for Unit Ministry Teams; 2) Coaching a trainer at USACHCS and 3) Developme nt and production of a training support package on coaching for Unit Ministry Teams. Dr. Preston is the only training facilitator with an earned Ph.D. and International Coaching Federation (ICF) training to have recent and relevant experience training chap lains and chaplain assistants from all three components (active, reserve and National Guard) in leadership methodologies. This announcement is in accordance with FAR 6.3. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement within the ten (10) days of this announcements posting date of 5 January 2006. This notice is not a request for quotes. There is no solicitation document and a wr itten RFP will not be available for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based upon any responses to this notice is solely at the discretion of the Government.
