Description

EMERGENCY PROCUREMENT -The work consists of clearing and grubbing, excavating borrow material and placing semi-compacted and uncompacted fill, placing reinforcement geotextile fabric, placing levee crown surfacing material, placing armor stone protec tion, demolition and removal of uncapped and concrete-capped floodwalls, fertilizing, seeding, and mulching, and other incidental work. A MANDATORY SITE VISIT IS REQUIRED FOR THIS JOB. THE MANDATORY SITE VISIT IS SCHEDULED FOR 12 JAN 2006 AT 9:00 A.M., LO CAL TIME, NEW ORLEANS, LA AT THE PLAQUEMINES PARISH ENGINEERING BUILDING, 102 AVE G, BELLE CHASSE, LA 70037. IF YOU DO NOT ATTEND THIS SITE VISIT YOUR PROPOSAL FOR THIS WORK WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
